By Bound2Please: This is an authentic reproduction of the corporal punishment strap used in the Canadian penitentiaries until the early 1960s.  The size, design and construction is the same.  While this can be a seriously intense toy, the intimidation factor when using it lightly can be a lot of fun.  26"³ x 3"³.
