During the work stoppage we will be shipping via a local courier to the greater Vancouver area. All orders outside of Vancouver will ship once the strike is resolved.

 

We will contact local orders to arrange an ETA window. Packages will still be discreetly wrapped in brown paper/envelope.

Are Your Prices In Canadian Funds?
All prices quoted (in-store and online) are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company’s daily exchange rate.

Do You Deliver To Hotels?

Yes! If you are staying within the Vancouver city limits and would like same day hotel delivery, please select 'Priority Courier' at checkout. If delivery is desired at a specific time or on a certain day, please include instructions on the checkout page. Include your hotel room # in the 'Ship To' address.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Presently The Art of Loving is only able to ship to Canada and the United States.

I Changed My Mind About An Item. Can I Return It?
All sales are final as we can not re-sell anything that leaves our store.

My Toy Doesn't Work. What Can You Do?
If your toy malfunctions within 30 days* after you receive it, simply contact us at 1.888-294-1821.  or email [email protected] and we be happy to work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide an identical replacement if the toy is defective and you have mailed it back to us with a copy of purchase receipt.

If the item is deemed defective, a fully working identical replacement will be shipped to you and your shipping costs will be credited to you.  If the original item was not defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the item back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective item. We are happy to help.
